From Fort Lauderdale:
Take I-595 West to the exit toward
I-75/Florida’s Turnpike. Take I-75
N towards Alligator Alley/Naples. Stay on I-75 for 63 miles and exit at
SR-29 S, EXIT 80, toward Everglades City. Turn left on FL-29 then take a
right onto US-41 N/Tamiami Trail/FL-90 N. Take a right at Port of the
Islands road until you come to Union Road and make another right. You
will pull right up to Port of the Islands Resorts.
From Fort Myers:
Take I-74 South for 35 miles. Take exit 101 towards SR-84 W/Naples/Marco
Island. Turn left onto Tamiami Trail E/ US-41 S/ FL-90 E. Turn left onto
Port of the Islands. Turn right onto Union Road.
